Putting Your Transmitter Where it is Needed

The key to successful locating is being able to control where your transmitter goes. Each push rod is nylon coated fiberglass with a threaded male end, and comes in a sturdy, lightweight steel cage. The Greenlee fishtape is super flexible to get you into small, tight places. Which one do you need?

How to Select a Push Rod

Matching rod diameter, line size and distance to travel can be a black art. Here are some guidelines for selecting the right push rod and transmitter combination to fit the job you need to do. Keep in mind that the distance you will be able to push the transmitter will depend on several interacting factors:
